My name is Cassie, and I have been raising goats for over 15 years. 11 years has been running a grade A goat dairy and cheese processing plant aka The Creamery. I have raised American Oberhasli, Golden Guernsey’s, and American Alpines. My “go to” breed is the American Oberhasli or the Swiss Alpines. I exclusively breed, raise, and milk Oberhasli Dairy Goats. They are my favorite breed and have becoming really exceptional milkers with my breeding program. My herd of Obis is runs between 40-80 goats each year. Kidding season is Kre-Kre around the farm but also the best time. I make goat cheese and goat milk soap with the sweet goat’s milk my herd of Obi’s provide.
